Hot Fix for make Customer-Summary Aging report(=105) and Vendor-Summary Aging(ID=305) in NAV 2009 R2 RTC

Posted on by

Hi all,

When I make  Customer-Summary Aging report (ID=105)  and Vendor-Summary Aging report (ID=305)  with NAV 2009 R2 RTC ( not classic), only customers whohav total balance>0 are listed. However with NAV 2009 Clasiss, customers are listed  fully even with customer who has total balance=0.

I want to fix this bug so that RTC output report same as Classis but I cannot find out information for this hot fix.

Please show me if you know about this bug.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Ly

    Hello Lam Ngoc Bich Ly,

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community Forum.

I have completed research and found that development appears to have fixed the issue. However, the correction is treated as a Service Pack fix so the changes are not released yet.

I would highly recommend contacting your partner. Explain to the partner that the issue can be submitted to Microsoft. In their communictation, please have them reference Issue ID # 244312 - "Customer line is not being printed on RTC version of the report 105 - "Customer - Summary Aging"".  Changes will exist for the related Report 305 - Vendor Summary Aging, as well.

If you are a Partner, then please directly submit the issue through a Partner Source support case. Issues in the software are not chargeable cases, so the billing of the case should be backed out.

Thanks again for posting on the Forum.

    Best Regards

    Tom
