Using Omni channel I have successfully deployed Chat bot in Azure DevOps. As I am facing a delay in receiving message in the Customer side.

It will cost long wait time when a high volume of customers needing support, understaffing, or long call-handling times.
You can set the average wait time in a queue.

This is more likely to be an issue on the MS side. there might be some high requests that are processing. I would suggest you to try restarting the chatbot service in Azure or increase the configuration
