Hi there,Using Omni channel I have successfully deployed Chat bot in Azure DevOps. As I am facing a delay in receiving message in the Customer side.Any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated.Thanks in Advance.
Hi James,
This is more likely to be an issue on the MS side. there might be some high requests that are processing. I would suggest you to try restarting the chatbot service in Azure or increase the configuration

It will cost long wait time when a high volume of customers needing support, understaffing, or long call-handling times.
You can set the average wait time in a queue.
