Unable to see Settings->Solution option in dynamics

I can see only 3 options when I go to settings in dynamics 365. How to enable other options?

    Hi,

    I believe that this is related to your security role. What is your security role?

    Went on to create enviroment with all types of apps. Which resolved my issue.
