Report is shown as blank but the pdf is ok. D365 FO

Hello all,

I am using Microsoft Dynamics AX 365 and i have a strange problem regarding the reports.

When i print the report on AX it is shown like a blank page and when i download this report as a pdf format it is ok, it is shown correct.

I did a full build and a sync db too but it is not working. Can someone help me?

Are there blank pages in between or at the end?

or are they completely blank?

Hi Ergün, it is completely blank page, and it happens for all reports.

But when u export it to pdf it is shown ok, when u run it on AX its a blank page. I did full build, sync db , I restarted the sql reporting services but nothing.

Hi Ludwing,

It happens with all the reports. When i run the report it is shown just a blank page with nothing in it, but when i export this blank page to pdf , the pdf is correct. I have runned 3 reports and for those 3 is the same thing

Is the 'Report PDF viewer' feature enabled?

Hi Paula,

I face the same issue, do you remember how did you solve it? BTW, I run full sync DB and deploy all the reports but the same result.

Hi All,

was there a solution to this? I have exactly the same error today for no reason at all. The screen display is gray, but exporting to PDF brings up the report normally. All reports are affected, regardless of whether they are external or internal reports.

Clearing the Edge browser cache solved the problem in our case.
