Enable Bins - Inventory on hand

We want to enable bins. When trying to enable this, I receive an error that there are open ledger entries. Is this because we have quantities on hand? What is the best process/practice for enabling bins and getting on hand quantities into their corresponding bin?

Unfortunately, you will have to zero inventory on hand for all items in the location that you want to enable for bins. Once enabled, you then can put back the inventory into the location and bin.

Note: if you have layers of cost and use a costing method other than standard or average, you will need to put back the inventory layers at their respective costs.
