Bin Locations/ listed in two different bins

Hello Everyone I'm hoping someone out there can help me with this question. Here it goes, I have some items that are assigned a bin location as stockroom but when the stock count form prints these few items are showing up in two different bins. once in stockroom, hemebench and urinebench. In item quantities maintenance it is showing as being in stockroom. There are only 3-4 items that this problem is occurring. How do I disassociate these additional bin locations with these items? Please help

Can you look in Bin Inquiry for the item and see if there are any quantities for this Item/Site/Bin? If there is, you will need to transfer the quantities to another bin.

Hi Krystle,

Aside of what Becky suggested, you may want to try to run an Inventory reconcile just for that specific item.. sometimes GP's inventory number get out of sync for various reasons, and running a reconcile usually fixes that.
