Hi Everyone!

When I tried to use the Advanced Filter in OOTB Views of Knowledge Article the result record only shows the Title. The Descriptions and Contents are blank even though they have values

We don't have any customization done on this.

For more details you can see one of the scenario here:

  • This is the OOTB Advance Filter in one of the views in Customer Service Hub

  • And these are the result records

  • When I clicked one record it shows content correctly

  • But when I changed the filter criteria into other fields for example "Contents" in the same view

  • This is the result record and the content must be the in the screenshot above

  • But when I clicked the record it only shows the "Title" and the Keywords, Description, and Content in the Content tab are missing

Any help or article is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

    Hi ,

Thank you! Your suggested solution works on our side. :)

It seems that it just needs to apply to all KA OOB views.

We will also raise a ticket to Microsoft regarding on this one.

    Thanks again!

    Regards,

    Joe

    Hi Joe Cord,

This could be a bug. I tested it on my side and get the same result with yours.  It seems that  it would clear the content of current record when you use advanced filter. You could raise a ticket to contact Microsoft.

When I tested this, I found a way to make the content visible:

Open the corresponding view and edit the filter. Then save and publish it.

After published it, delete the filter. Then save and publish again.

Then use the advanced filter again, the content wouldn't be clear:
