Hi

I try set a product to be available item in stock for Retail Commerce and MPOS. But when I check in e-commerce said that "Item is not available in stock". In MPOS, there's no message about that and product is displayed

How to fix this in AX2012 R3 CU8 ?

Make sure you have stock for the product. Also run the Product availability scheduler job for the store.

    Hi Sumit

In which part I can check stock for the product ?

Is it in  : Released Product > Manage Inventory > On-hand Inventory > Quantity adjustment ?

This problem only happen in product which created by me

I compare with product from demo data for online store scenario, there are some different :

    1. In demo, Product sub-type use "Product Master". In my own, Product sub-type use "Product"

Should I set as "Product Master" ?

    2. In demo, there's some data in Quantity adjustment. In my own, it's empty. Should I fill in this too ?

I also confuse. If product said not available in stock, why I can sell it in MPOS ?

    Hi Pramudita,

You can check the stock in the On hand inquiry form. Go to IM > Inquiries > On Hand.

Filter by the item and warehouse and check if the available physical quantity has value greater than 0.

Also there is no problem creating a product as Product sub type.

In EPOS and MPOS, it does not check the stock and just add the item on the transaction. There is a way to validate the stock at EPOS as I have seen somewhere which I am still figuring out.

    Hi Pramudita,

You can check the available stock on: Inventory management -> Inquiries -> On-Hand. Check the Physical inventory field for the item.

Make sure you ran the: Retail -> Periodic -> POS posting -> Post Inventory job before that so that the inventory levels are updated in AX.

For the product master you can see On-Hand for variants.

Quantity adjustment is used to adjust the quantity of the on-hand manually. You should leave that empty.

    Kind regards,

    Josip

    Hi,

    Have you done the following?

    - created and released your product to the retail company

    - Adjust available inventory with Inventory Adjustment in Inventory management

    - add it to the navigational hierarchy of the online store

    - add it to the assortment

    - Sync availability of products to the online store

    Kind regards,

    Josip

    Hi

    It's working right now

    Here my steps :

    1. Go to PIM > Common > Released products

    2. Select my product

    3. Go to Manage inventory

    4. Set adjustment in "Quantity Adjustment"

    5. Go to Retail > Periodic > Calculate Inventory

    6. Run 1030 job

    7. Republish product catalog again

Thanks a lot for your help :)
