After that I clicked on the link and I got this message.
I cleared the history of the broweser and I tried with different browesers

Is this happening only for 1 solution or all of them?
Have you tried on a different Network connection? Do you have a VPN or proxy connection?
Also if you have more users on the environment that have access to solutions see if they have the same issue.
