In the Lead form and view, you can see 'New' and 'Delete' buttons on the ribbon.
One caveat: you need to make sure you have permission to operate on the lead entity.
--The 'Check Access' button help you check your privileges on the current entity(lead):
1)If you want to create leads, you must have 'user' level privilege at least:
2)Deleting leads:
The "User" level of permissions can delete leads created by yourself;
Higher level permissions can delete leads created by others.
If you need to change your permissions, you can edit the permissions on a security role and make sure that the security role is assigned to a certain user (you).
