Hi,

According to this page  https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/marketing/overview/  I am entitled to Dynamics 365 for Marketing with customer engagement plan  limit to  2,000 contacts, this number are based on number of contacts planned to be used in marketing activities and not total number of contacts in database.

Now my  question  is how do I separate "regular" contacts  from "marketing contacts" ?

Thanks.

After a few days it was updated to 4 marketing contacts even though I have 145 contacts in the market segment. Can I generate a report of all my contacts who are in the market segment? if yes on what entity do I have to run in oeder to generate this report.

    Hi alexyou,

Did you use that segment in any of the Customer Journey?

    Hey,

So I am currently on Customer engagement and marketing TRIAL. I have 143 contacts.  I created a market segment and added one contact (I activated the market segment).  But, I do not see that it was deducted from the eligibility quota:

    Hi alexyou,

    Thanks for reaching out!!

As per my understanding, contacts used for marketing activities are the ones used as part of Segments, Event registrations and so on. Not all the contacts are part of such activities as your contact list can consist of thousands of contacts but you might be interested only in subset of that satisfying your criteria.

    Hope this helps

    Regards,

    Vivek Singh
