when regestring as a new user in dynamics portal i dont want to directly logged in the portal. instead what i want after registration one approval should be sent to admin and only when the request is approved one should be able to login until then awaiting approval should show on.

Actually when a new user registered in portal, there will be a new contact record created with owner is SYSTEM in D365.

3.Prevent the user login portal, you need control it through “Login Enabled” field of contact entity.
