update document routing agent .NET Framework error

Hi All,

I'm trying to update the routing agent, but getting an error that .NET Framework 4.7.2 is required

The version on the server is 4.8 
But still not able to update the routing agent.

    Hi,

    You need to be on 10.0.28 (10.0.1265.38) or higher to resolve this issue.

    I'm already on 10.0.28 (10.0.1265.20) and I'm still experiencing this issue. Is there an alternative DRA download location?

    Hi Nuno, thanks for you're reply,

    But downgrading is not the option I found out yesterday.

    When someone runs in to this problem they should update there platform to 10.0.28

    In this platform update the issue has been resolved.

    Routing agent was certified for .NET 4.7 version, you need to install that version.
