Omnichannel report using underlying data

Hello,
 
I am trying to create reports using OmniChannel historical data analytics, I wish to use underlying data however it is greyed out and I am unsure of how to access this functionality.
 
Attached below you will find the report settings we have turned on as well as an image of the problem we are facing.
