Time from promised and time to promised fields getting empty

Hi,

I have created a new work order by filling all mandatory fields on the form including "Time from Promised" and "Time to Promised" fields. But once i refresh the work order after it created , "Time from Promised" and "Time to Promised" fields getting cleared(becoming empty). For the second time when i provided the values for the said fields, those fields not getting empty even after refreshing the record.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Hi Partner,

Is it happening for all records or for only specific records.

It is happening for all the records when i refresh the record just after creation of work Order.
