Restore FRx catalog

One of the accounting users recently noted he was having an issue copying and then modifying an existing FRx report.  After he reviewed his work he found that he not only modified the new report, but had modified the original as well.

I want to restore the FRx catalog to its state a few days ago.  What files need to be restored in order to accomplish this task?
