I would like to know how can I change the chat link as it appears quite large on the website.
At the moment the "Title" is required, but the subtitle not.
Is there a way to keep just the image with the chat balloons instead of with the text on the side?

Thank you for your reply.
I used some of the custom attributes, but would be great is to customize the widget, specially the size, which covers a big part of the content on mobile devices.
Such an expensive tool and missing primary features.

Unfortunately, it seems that you can't achieve it.
Based on the following document, you can hide all chat widget by using data tags:
