AX services getting down automatically , Object Server 01: User '***' is not authorised to select a record in table 'TaxTable'. Request denied.

Hi All,

AX services were getting down automatically and it got up as well when we check the event logs we found the below error,

"Object Server 01: User '****' is not authorised to select a record in table 'TaxTable'. Request denied. "

Is it related to services getting down or something else is there to look.

Previously also we faced the same issue , that time we have started AX services manually and found the same error as above.

Please advise us.

Hello Akbar,

What kind of user (***) is that? Is it an admin user or one that has limited rights in AX?

Have you already checked this?

How often do you see this error? On a regular basis or randomly and when did you see the error the first time?

Hi Ludwig,

User is having limited rights, we are facing AX services getting done from the last 4 months(4-5 times), and we saw the same error whenever services down.
