Integration between NAV 2016 and CRM 2016

Dear All,

I'm facing issue in NAV 2016 (Build 9.00.42815)-CRM 2016 integration.

We are unable to synchronize Payment Terms, Ship to Addresses, Sales Price from NAV to CRM.

In CRM, Accounts doesn't have multiple addresses and when the Sales Order flows from CRM to NAV, it doesn't pick the right Sales Price and Payment Terms. Could anyone help me identifying the issue.

Does the Base In-Build connector able to sync tables like Payment Terms, Sales Price, Shipping Address from NAV to CRM? As I'm unable to see those integration mapping in the attached screenshot of CRM Connection, Please help on suggesting the idea to achieve it.

    Hi Amol,

Referred the links. The Payment terms and Sales price sync is not mentioned which is essential while integrating NAV and CRM. Is it a build issue or not available in NAV 2016 or any setup missed while setting up integration connection, if so how to check whether those syncs are running or not?

Can you share how you are mapping the price lists? Generally, for Sales Price you need map NAV Table 7002 with Price List, Price List Item entity's in CRM. Check what are out-of-the-box syncs available: msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn951589(v=nav.90).aspx

    Dear Alex,

    Thanks for the suggestions.

There is no mapping for Sales Price in the Integration Table mapping. Please refer the screenshot attached in the first question which I posted.

As per the link you provided, 'Standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM Entity Mappings for Synchronization' does not provide mapping for Sales Price but this feature was available in the standalone connector used for previous NAV versions. (Ref. link.: msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg502482(v=nav.70).aspx)

I wonder why the mapping for NAV Enumerated Values and CRM Picklist is not available in NAV 2016. Could anyone confirm whether they really stopped the mapping in NAV 2016.

Payment Terms can be mapped from NAV. But you have to code in NAV.

Paymentterm is a Code field in NAV and an Option field i CRM.

I have a "how-to" from MS, but is in Danish...

    Bonus reminder:

Payment Terms (paymenttermscode) is an option set i CRM - and not a global one, so if you change the payment terms on account you have to change them on all four entities using paymenttermscode.

    https://connect.microsoft.com/site687/feedback/details/2130500/make-payment-terms-a-global-option-set-and-not-just-option-set

    Bonus tip:

If you rename the Status Reason "Submitted" for an Order to "Submitted to NAV"(under Status In Progress) - your sales people will better understand their views.

I am sorry. It is not a YouTube video. It is in writing.
