creating shortcut for run as different user

How to create shortcut for AX client to open as run as different user (when double click the shortcut the login form asking for username and password appears)?

Pin the client to task bar and right click it will give you option to login as different user.

Create a bat file as follows:

runas /user:user1@mydomain "\"c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Client\Bin\Ax32.exe\" \"C:\myconfig.axc\""

Hi ,

In the Microsoft Dynamics AX shortcut icon right click-->Properties-->Target filed copy the below syntax with your axc file directory
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Client\Bin\Ax32.exe" -regConfig=C:\Configuration\AX_TEST.axc
