Hi,

As PR number sequence is global, how to differentiate the purchase requisition for different entities.?

PR listing page is common, how to separate the PR display of entities?

Thank you.

This question is actually about AX 2012 (as I learnt from Sharlene), therefore I'm going to move it to the AX forum. This will prevent suggestions of F&O-specific solutions that aren't applicable to AX 2012.

    Hi Sharlene,

The PRs can have lines for one or more legal entities. If you need to implement a segregation, you can consider developing security policies with the extensible data security (XDS) framework. You would need a table where users are linked to a legal entity. In that scenario, the user will see all PRs from all legal entities part of her/his responsibility.

Another option would be creating a new list page where you show PRs which do have at least one line for the current legal entity.

I tried also a configurable option via advanced query/filters, but the field Buying legal entity is then not available for some reason.
