We have run into an unusual issue after upgrading to the latest version of GP Dynamics 2016. We have noticed, that an attempt to re-print a deposit ticket locks the workstation. The server does not show any additional resources being used, however, the GP instance that tried to re-print the deposit ticket completely locks up the GP window and nothing can be done but to stop GP from running on that machine and reopening the program. We do not re-print deposit tickets often at all, so I am not completely sure that this happened after the 2016 upgrade, but believe that to be more likely. Can anyone point me in the right direction before I call Microsoft?

I have the same question (0)Does it happen on every workstation, user (including sa), and company (including Fabrikam).
If you have ANY modified forms or reports, I would move the dictionaries and try again. Sometimes a modified form can indeed mess up a report.
