AX Version - AX 2012 R3 CU13
This is regarding the product receipt / invoicing of Project Purchase orders.
The scenario is, for some projects, we need the items to be consumed as soon as the product receipt is posted, while on some other projects, we dont need the items to be consumed during the product receipt, it has to be consumed in a later stage. I know there is a pop-up message appear while doing the product receipt asking the user to chose whether to consume or not, which is great and works fine.
But, our issue is, this pop-up message is not appearing always for all the users. Sometimes it appears for some users, sometimes not.
Any ideas why this random behavior, are we missing something?

Many thanks for the update.
If resetting the usage data helps only temporarily then I would suggest that a developer takes a look at this issue.
There is not much users can do from the UI but somebody with technical skills shall be able to identify and fix this issue.

Yes, I tried that. It works for sometime, again the user starts mot getting the pop-up. Is there any way we can make it stable?
