I have created a custom SMS channel in the marketing module.
I would like to know after the customer journey is live and SMS's are sent to the customer if it is possible to keeps track of Text messages delivered?
For example, I would like to know the count of the SMS messages delivered vs the SMS messages that are not delivered?
Is there any option to view those insights using OOB Marketing or do I have to create a custom table and store those activities to generate a report?
Any help is highly appreciated.
