Reservation hierarchy button is not enabled in Item details form

We need to assign Reservation hierarchies to items. We have activated the Use warehouse management processes checkbox, in the Storage dimension groups form, but the Reservation hierarchy button is not enabled in the item details form. What else do we need to do?

Dear Fgil12,

Have you tried to put reservation hierarchy in product details setup tab. If not please share some screen shots.

Click OK. It will reflect in form.

Use the 'Reservation hierarchy' button in the ribbon bar :-)

Thanks, Prashant. The problem was precisely the Reservation hierarchy button was disabled. We solved this problem by deleting the items from the Released products and Releasing them again.
