Hi ERPM, There are many Options how this can be realized. One of the simplest would be using a quantity of 4pcs and creating 4 invoices each for one pcs. and for a fraction of the total purchase order amount. Ludwig

It is very simple. as per your invoice you can split quantity during each invoice. you can split the quantity and amount 2 way.

    1. if your invoice amount is same for each invoice, you can create one purchase line and release the invoice through receive now field per quantity.

    2. If your invoice amount is different for each invoice please create 4 different lines with different amount and release invoice wise line with receive now quantity field.
