Dynamics CRM slow performance

Hi experts,

Our Client’s CRM online performance becomes very slow sometimes. We tried to find the cause of the issue but so far, no success. The performance monitoring tools like

Microsoft Admin Site >> Service Health >> Shows that all is OK with CRM.

Dynamics CRM diagnostics tool shows the same.

Systems Jobs >> We don’t see too many In-Progress / Waiting-for-resources jobs.


So, we are not sure that what’s the cause of the issue!

Note: We are using almost 300% of the allocated space but this is not something new, we started consuming more than available almost 3 years ago, so this can’t be the reason for slow performance.

Any idea that what could be the cause of this behavior?

    I would recommend opening a support ticket with the Microsoft support team to analysis the cause of the slow performance.
