voucher numbers skipped while inserting BudgetSourceTracking Table

Hi everyone,

I hope you're doing well, I have a problem, after creating lines in general journal form (OD),

I just find one voucher in the Budget control statistics form,

Dear,

Is the total amount has been deducted from the Actual expenditures columns? of just the voucher 1441 been deducted?

Hi,

It is difficult following up and reconciling your data in the different screens because you made them invisible.

Anyway, can you check what you see in the actual expenditure tab on the right-hand side of your second screen? Does this amount reconcile with the ledger postings?

Have you double checked that all filters are removed from the control forms?

If you use a different report for comparing the actual and budget data - such as a Management Reporter report - do you see the complete actual cost data?

What AX2012 version do you operate? If you run on an older version, please check LCS for hotfixes.

Seems that the 2nd voucher has not been validated against Budget, if you stand on the voucher (line) is the Budget check result validated?

Hi Mr Ludwig,

the actual expenditure tab on the right-hand side is less than ledger posting amount,

there are no filters applied,

we're not using any different report for comparing the actual and budget data,

the AX version is 2012 R3, I searched for the hotfix but didn't found anything,

I am not sure if this is a bug or not.

Can you double check the hotfixes listed for the budget control statistics form here

Please notice that I put the voucher sequence manual, the result is that all the journal lines are inserted in the budgetSourceTable and budgetSourceDetails but with no vouchers,

is that making sens ?
