Old Leads are not there in the D365 sales

Hi Guys,

The old lead data(worked) is not available in the CRM. No one could have deleted or migrated. Is there any suggestions for this to find a solution?

Hi,

We have analyzed the information you have provided and what you need is to recover the data that has suddenly disappeared. Is this correct?

Here are a few suggestions we have made
1. There is a "Recycle Bin" tool in Xrm Toolbox, which can recover deleted records, please refer to the blog in the link below.

2. Undo2Restore application: helps you recover deleted Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM records. It allows users to undo changes and restore records. All the entities that have enabled auditing in CRM, be it OOB or customized entities, can be recovered using Undo2Restore.
