Unable to view Workflow Approval Submit button on Vendor payment journal form

Hi,

I have verified the following,

1. System Administration role,

2. I have created, saved and activated the vendor disbursement approval workflow,

3. I have configured the workflow approval in the journal names form,

However, when I raise the journal, I am unable to see the Workflow Submit button. Please can anyone help what I may be missing.

Immediate advice is much appreciated.
