Hello CRM community,
I need some help..
Regarding CustomerId field of cases/incidents entity.
We already customized it to show only account records. Now users want to see one of the account views as default view for the field. I am not able to do it.
I am new to designer so i couldn't find how to do it. Thanks.

I'm afraid this type of change can't be done via customization and you would need to develop the JavaScript using setDefaultView method - docs.microsoft.com/.../setdefaultview
