How to increase C drive memory in DEV machine - D365FO

Hi All,
 
Our DEV box was having /D3 v2/ and the C drive is out of memory.
We re-size the box to /D12_V2/, but still C drive has not increased. 
 
Please advice how we can increase the C drive memory in DEV BOX.

    The VM type has has impact on processors and RAM, but not disk size. You can configure disks when deploying a cloud-hosted environments (Advanced Settings) button or modify an existing environments through Azure Portal.

    We are able to see below details from Azure portal for DEV,
     
    Not sure about the steps to increase the disk size or to add the disks:

    I don't remember the exact steps either; fortunately, we have documentation (and internet) to consult. Check out How to expand virtual hard disks attached to a Windows virtual machine.

    As we attempt to increase the size of the Specific Disc (C Drive) via the Azure Portal, we receive the information below.

    Hi AkbarPasha, Check if this VM is running. If yes, then stop it from Azure Portal or this cloud hosted environment from LCS and try again. When you stop a VM, in Azure portal it status changes to Stopped (Deallocated).
