Authentication Dynamics 365 fin&ops with MFA in ETL(SSIS) package

Hello,
As you know, Microsoft will mandatorily implement mfa(Multi factor Authentication) for all users.
I built ETL packages, with connection via user, to directly read data from d365.
how can I will be able to do authentication with mfa for the user in Integration services or if I can integrate Auth0 Authentication in etl package as web app?

    Hi Lefteris,
     
    Could you expand on how you are connecting to D365 to retrieve data? Are you pulling from OData entities do you know?
     
    You should hopefully be able to switch Authentication to using a Service Principle, using an App Reg and Client Secret.

    Hi Anthony,
    Yes I'm pulling from odata entities. Until now, I use the connection Microsoft Dynamics AX Online as the image below. 
    If you see the note tells that not support multi-factor authentication/
    How can I authenticate as web app and client secret the etl? I couldn't find that option.
