Purchase requisition with several request for quotation

Hello,

For my bussiness, we have to create a purchase requisition with several purchase requisition lines and several supplier; for each line we send a request quotation to define an price.

After the requests for quotations replies, we can finalize the purchase requisition to create as many purchases orders that there are supplier

My issue is that I need to wait that all purchase requisition replies are finished to continue.

Do you konw if there is a solution to create an purchase order with only one purchase requestion line validated ?

Hi coste jerome,

That is the system default design, you have to first close the RFQ processs to proceed with Release approved purchase requisition process in order to create Purchase orders.

unfortunately, this is the only way ! you have to wait for all replies before to continue to publish your PO
