Business central - Issue on clicking "Create Inventory put-away/Pick /movement" on Purchase order

Hi, 
 
I am getting a message as "There is nothing to create" when i click on "Create Inventory put-away/Pick /movement" on Purchase order.  
Can anyone please guide me if i am missing any setup or anything?

    So, I am trying to receive material by creating Inventory put away directly. I don't have material on the selected location.
