    Hello faiz7049,

Is there any other filter set in the released products form?

Probably try to reset your usage data to ensure that there is no filter issue in place.

If other users open the released product form, can they see the product?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

No any filter in released products.

At time time of releasing from "All products and product masters" get warning message as given below.

    Hello faiz7049,

Can you have a developer taking a look at this to ensure that this is not caused by a problem (bug) in your system?

If another user is executing this process, does he/she get the same error message?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello faiz7049,

Is it happening to all items or just to this item. Try filtering the item in Released products using product name instead of the number.

    Hi Faiz7049,

If the global product already exists, you have to use the release products option. The creation form on the released products is thinking it should create new records only; it will not recognize if the product already exists.

With a small customization, you can change this behavior that you are also able to create released products and link an existing global product.

    Hi faiz7049,

Have you tried to go into Product information management > Periodic > Open product release, check View infolog and release from that form?

Have you tried to go into the company where you would like to release your item to and check InventTable, to make sure that item is not there?

    Hi Faiz,

Probably DIXF will work as you can manage global and released products separately. You can test if first. Usually I do use it for migrations; not for releasing products to another company.

If you need the same items in all companies, you can also try to use the option for copying entity data between companies.
