Currently I'm Modifying Opportunity list table from user control by using Visual studio>Web>Dynamic AX web project. My next mission is to add new txtbox inside new Opportunity page &  edit Opportunity Page. The error won't allow me to proceed viewing New Opportunity page. ANY SUGGESTION?

What exactly is it that you wanted to add in the standard Edit page? If there are multiple lines of code / multiple places that you touched, I would suggest clear so you can get back to the standard and start adding lines one by one to understand what exactly the web control doesn't like.
