BC-CRM connection setup not allowed - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Posted on by 5

Hi All,

I need some help or hint, how could I connect the Business Central with the Sales development environment.

Previously I had no problem with this setup, but since the production environment was copied and became the development BC environment I keep facing this error message - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Detailed infos:

- The environments are not in the same tenant

- BC dev can connect to a CRM environment on the same tenant

- I checked the application user security roles and they match with the settings on production or test enrvironment

Do you have any idea where to look for the missing object reference?
