Hi
We are trying to create a workflow that triggers an approval only if the total impact of the journal to the P&L is greater than 50k.
 
I have tried different ways to get this working however i dont think any of the conditions fit the criteria required. 
 
Has anyone tried this before and had luck in getting this to work or have any suggestions on how to structure the condition?

    Could you please let us know whether you want to enable or disable the workflow only for the particular record when the above condition matches or you want to enable the workflow for all the records and approval only for above conditions.

    Hi 

    You can do the configuration in the workflow editor based on your condition either you can do automatic approval or Manual approval and let me know if you have any issues with that.

    Additionally, if you enabled the workflow for all the records it's should be approved by users otherwise you can't do the posting. since th workflow has been enabled for the particular record.

    Maybe you can enabled the workflow alone only for the specific condition based on your condition.
