Vendor Yearly Summary Report

I need a report that will show my vendor activity for the year in summary form (like the Period Sales Analysis Report-Summary that is in the Sales module).  Is there one under the Vendor listing.  I can only find the summary by pulling the accounts up one by one under Purchasing/Inguiry/Vendor Yearly

Have you checked the purchasing analysis report options ? It can be found under (Purchasing > Reports > Analysis > Period) , Ranges include the vendors, periods or years

If that is not a fit, I am sure you will find plenty of comprehensive reports at Victoria site, Payable SQL View

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,

This report does not give me JUST the summary balances for YTD

If you could have the perfect report, what would be the column headings? I'll bet we can find something for you with that information. Please don't say 'just like the sales report' because so many of the fields are not relevant to vendor activity.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

The Purchasing/Report List/Vendor Summary report will give me the info needed BUT I have no way of designating the YTD year and I need the Vendor Class ID to =Vendor (as I do not want my telephone, gas, water bills, etc, being included).

I was able to sort it with in descending order (hurrah!).
