Creating a my view for Bookings

I have created a view on the Bookings landing page, however, it doesn't show unscheduled work orders.  Do you have any suggestions on how to see UNSCHEDULED work orders within the bookings view? I tried from the WO level, however, I am unable to add the resource table to that view.  We have a need to be able to view and bulk update (excel online) Resources and dates as needed.

This wouldn't work and here's why:  Adding a bookable resource to the work order is not creating the booking.  Now could you do it?  probably but you would need to add a Bookable Resource field on the Work Order, along with start/end dates and times so you could create a bookable resource booking record.

We have a request to see all work orders (regarding of WO status scheduled/unscheduled) in one view along with the bookable resource.  This would also allow for bulk editing (I can added a resource to multiple WO's at once, etc.) I also tried this under Resource Requirements, but I am unable to get a resource column with this view.

My question is why would you want to show unscheduled work orders on the booking entity?  Bookings are used to show what is assigned to a resource.  What is your goal?

    Hi K Crawford,

Unfortunately, this can't be achieved. Because Fetch XML doesn't support Right Outer join. UNSCHEDULED work orders aren't associated with book, so you couldn't get it in the book view.

As a workaround, you could create a report to view this:
