Dear Community,
A valued customer is planning a Go Live event for Dynamics CRM On Premise. Is there any kind of service Microsoft offers under the software assurance agreement where customer can log a ticket and let support know that they plan to go live and may need extra support during this critical time?

This service is available under Microsoft Consulting Services.
Microsoft Support team works reactive incidents. In case you have an incident during go-live that can't be resolved, then you should submit a critical incident for support to work with you on it as soon as possible.
