DO Payment Credit Card: Encryption key was Not found

I'm trying to enter a credit card to Navision 2016, for that I'll Customer and page "DO Payment Credit Card (827)" when I try to add the numbers on the card I get the error "Encryption key was not found". Look for the error in google and found a forum where they explain the need to create a key from the "Payment Services Connection Setup" window before inserting the card, I went to the window and when I click on the Generate Key button I get another error he says: "A Call Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Encryption.RSAMachineKeyProvider.CreateKey failed with this message: Some or all identity references Could not be translated"

Hello, thank you very much for your answer.

Currently the NAV folder (90) and Add-ins has all active permits (total control), I am using a single user who is administrator and the error continues ..

Make sure the service user which is running the server instance has proper permissions to the add-in folder, please check

You must assign write permissions to the Add-ins folder in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server installation folder for the user account that is used by the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server instance.
