I'm not sure if this is related however since Wave 2 it appears that First Arrived On field is not populating from the booking to the Work Order. I can confirm the bookings have Actual Arrival Time populated which is I believe the field that is updated from.

Not sure if it's a coincidence however the WO system status option labels seem to have lost the prepended words below:

Open - Unscheduled is now just Unscheduled
Closed - Posted is no just Posted

Any thoughts anyone seeing this behavior?

Thanks Thomas appreciate that mate will wait to see what MS come up with in relation to the First Arrived on field not populating and if they haven't updated a system plugin.

Date Window Start isn't populating for my agreement WO's either now so will have to maybe create a new field and map from bookable agreement date to WO.

I don't have the solution you mentioned, and my version of Field service is 8.8.35.44

Different versions may be the reason for the difference of the System Status options label.

I have spun up a trial and I can confirm that the names of the statuses have removed the prefix

Scheduled

In Progress

Closed

Etc...

Hi Leah

Now I'm concerned, do you have this solution?

I sometimes have users change a lookup name however never had them change optionset labels.

Unfortunately I'm not aware of anyway to check if a user changed the labels like you can lookups etc.

But the label of the WO system status option has not been changed.
