Getting the following message while trying to run a report:
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
It happened like 3 or 4 times to a user.
Anyone else experience this issue before? Is it a GP issue? A Windows issue?

Which report was the user running? Are you running GP via Citrix or RDS?
It appears to be an SSRS report. It's running via RDS I believe.
Okay, I am assuming they are running it through a web browser? Have them try a different browser. Also, there should be some logs on the server that should give some insight.
