5Can anyone tell me where the workflow lives that is tied to "Convert to Work Order" in Opportunities? The issue I am having is when we convert to a work order the products and services transfer to the work order, which is great, but they come over as "Used" when we need them to come over as "Estimated". Obviously if we're only at the phase of creating a work order none of the products or services should be in a Used state. I wanted to see if this was something I could change in the workflow but I can't find it to save my life. Any insight or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
