Why do some of my past due customers per the Historical Aged Trial Balance not show up on my Past Due Customers Smartlist?

True, but HATB is not in a very usable format

    Hi,

To add to this I'd also say that the smartlist will show you past due debtors as at now however the debtors outstanding shown by the historical aged trial balance depends on the "Print/Age as of" setting below:

For example in the screen shot above this would show the outstanding debtors "as at" the 31st of October 2021. Therefore if something was paid on the 1st of November 2021 it would still show as outstanding on the historical aged trial balance "as at" the 31st of October however the smartlist would report this as paid.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks

    Gavin

    Good day,

Are you using the default criteria of the Smartlist? I am looking at the Smartlist with the asterisk, which is asking for values greater than 0.00 and it does not contain all the aging buckets.

HATB will pull all aging buckets as well as negative values.

    Regards

    Rosemary
