Hi D365 Marketing team,
I already have a support request in on this one, but it's going nowhere, so going to post here.
We deploy a Dynamics CRM solution for financial services customers.
After a recent deploy (to a customer who already had D365 Marketing installed) we noticed all our custom forms for default entities (Contacts, Accounts, Leads) were cluttered with D365 Marketing entities.
No additional customisations have been applied to our forms, so curious why this is happening??
We are often asked by customers for recommendations of Marketing add-ons for D365 CRM. I'd like to recommend D365 Marketing, but am hesitant to when I see things like this.
Thanks
Hi Nya,
Yes, this is a custom form imported in a managed solution.
None of those D365 Marketing entities should be on the form. There have been no additional customisations added to the Form post install.
Thanks
Hi,
Would you please explain what you mean by "cluttered with D365 Marketing entities"?
Do you mean that the highlighted entities should not be classified under Related-Financial Details?
