Checkbox resets on save of form.

Hi all, i have Check boxes which reset their value on save whereas it is supposed to just save.

There are no triggers onSave of form.
Please help, thank you.

    I have not used Plugins till date, can't be workflow cause i'm pretty sure it's not.

    Edit:

    I have a workflow which takes fields in the header of this form and creates an account with them.

    May be something reset their value in background? Plugin or workflow?
