Unit of Measure not in Integration Table Mappings

Hi experts,

I've just created a new company in Business Central. Just like the other companies I like to connect the new company to Dataverse and our Dynamics 365 CRM.

First I've run the /Dataverse Connection Setup/ and tested the connection. I got a /The connection test was succesful. The settings are valid/ response.

After that I ran the /Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connection Setup/. This connection is also working.

When I look at the /Integration Table Mappings/ there are a number of tables present but the /Unit of Measure/ table is missing.

This prevents me from coupling the items.

Does anybody know how I can get the Units of measure table in the Integration Table Mappings?

To resolve the issue of the "Unit of Measure" table missing from the Integration Table Mappings in Business Central when setting up a new company for integration with Dataverse (Dynamics 365 CRM), follow the steps below:

✅ Solution: Add Missing Integration Table Mapping

Go to "Integration Table Mappings"

In Business Central, search for "Integration Table Mappings".

Confirm that the Unit of Measure mapping is indeed missing.

Open "Integration Table Mapping Setup"

Search for "Integration Table Mapping Setup".

Select "Default Setup" (or create a new one if none exists).

Run the Setup Wizard to Repopulate Mappings

In the Integration Table Mapping Setup, click "Actions" > "Functions" > "Create Default Mappings".

This action will repopulate the standard mappings, including Unit of Measure and others that may be missing.

Confirm the Table Now Exists

Go back to "Integration Table Mappings".

Search for Unit of Measure. It should now be listed (typically as mapping to unitofmeasure in Dataverse).

Publish Integration Table Mappings

Still within Integration Table Mappings, make sure to publish the mapping if it isn't already.

Optionally run "Synchronize Modified Tables" to ensure schema alignment with Dataverse.

Additional Notes:

Make sure that the "Integration Synchronization Jobs" are running and that the Unit of Measure entity is selected for synchronization.

You may need to manually map or confirm mappings under "Integration Field Mappings" if you have customizations in Dataverse.

Hi,

Issue:

When you have Unit group mapping flagged ON you wouldn't find "Unit of measure" table in integration table mapping.

Solution:

1. Disable sales integration setup

2. make unit group mapping flag OFF

3. enable Sales integration setup

4. check integration table mapping, you will find "Unit of measure" table
